Summer Sessions for Calm 

Meditation & Mindset Course 

Begins 4th June 2025 6pm - 7pm - cost £90

What is Calm? Calm is the quiet, peaceful place we reach for when life feels overwhelming. It’s the soft place within us that feels safe, grounded, and supported even when our outer world feels difficult and uncertain.

When we connect to our calm, we can breathe, find a moment of stillness in the present moment. 

​

Connecting with your calm is a return to yourself. 

​

This June, I invite you to find your inner calm with my summer calm sessions a 6-week meditation course designed to help you slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself.

​

Join one of my small group classes online. (Zoom)

Each Class runs for 60 minutes and includes a little theory, guided meditations, creative visualisations, different meditation styles and handouts. There will be time to ask questions and share your meditation experiences if you wish. My intention is always to create a safe space for you to learn how to meditate and explore all the different ways you can take meditation into your every day life.

2. I will e-mail you with a link to a small health questionnaire you can fill this on online and my payment details. I only accept bank transfers. (Your place is not secured until I receive payment.)

3. I will send you a Zoom link via e-mail 2 days before each class. 

​

4. Get excited about learning a new skill.

(Terms and conditions - payment must be made in full £90. If you are unable to make one of the sessions, you will be offered the opportunity to attend the missed class in the next course.  The classes will not be recorded to maintain everyone's privacy and create a safe place.)
