Meet Helen Pinnock – Reflexologist in Norwich

Experienced, personalised reflexology in Norwich

I'm Helen Pinnock, an experienced reflexologist offering personalised reflexology treatments at Clarence House in Norwich.

I've been practising reflexology since 2001, and over the past 25 years I've worked with hundreds of clients, helping them make time for themselves and supporting their wellbeing through different stages of life.

I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, poor sleep, persistent pain, headaches, fatigue and hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause.

My approach is personal and considered. I take time to understand what has brought you to reflexology, how you're feeling and what you would like support with. Every treatment is tailored to you.

My experience as a reflexologist

I trained at Bayly Reflexology School in 2001 and have continued to develop my understanding of the body through further training in areas including counselling skills, craniosacral therapy, Reiki and fascia work.

Before moving to Norwich in 2021, I founded and ran a multidisciplinary wellbeing clinic in Nottingham. Over approximately 20 years, I worked alongside practitioners offering a range of therapeutic and counselling services.

Running the clinic gave me a broad understanding of the challenges people face when their physical health, emotional wellbeing and everyday lives are affected by stress, pain or ongoing health concerns.

Today, I bring that experience to my reflexology practice in Norwich, combining technical knowledge with a thoughtful, individual approach to every client.

Why I became a reflexologist

My interest in reflexology began through my own experience of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

In the late 1990s, I was struggling with symptoms that affected my health and quality of life. Discovering reflexology introduced me to a different way of approaching my wellbeing and inspired me to train professionally.

That experience has stayed with me throughout my career. I understand how frustrating it can be when symptoms affect your everyday life, and how important it is to feel listened to rather than treated as a collection of symptoms.

It is one of the reasons I believe every person deserves time, care and an approach that takes their individual experience into account.

My approach to reflexology

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body.

Many people come for reflexology because they want to relax, manage stress, improve their sleep or find supportive care alongside their existing healthcare. Others seek regular treatments while navigating persistent pain or hormonal changes.

I take time to listen, understand your priorities and adapt each treatment to your needs. My aim is to provide a welcoming space where you can pause, feel cared for and give your body time to rest.
