PACKAGES
Payment for reflexology packages is paid in full before any treatment commences, you have 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund provided no reflexology treatments have been taken.

Reflexology treatments for the package have to be taken weekly unless pre-agreed with reflexology norwich.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The person who purchased the voucher has 14 days to change their mind and get a full refund providing no reflexology sessions have taken place.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. COMPLAINTS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
I handle complaints, refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying my customers. I stand by my services and want customers to be satisfied with them. I will always do our best to take care of customers. My philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
REFUNDS ARE RARE

I do not issue refunds for change of mind or late cancellations. (24 hours prior to the appointment)

As with all digital content, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period AS LONG as NO content has been consumed. This is tracked using Mail Chimp and Google Documents
CANCELLATIONS
I handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
