Feeling unlike yourself lately?

Hiking With Child

Peri-menopause and menopause can affect far more than hormones.

You may feel anxious, exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed or disconnected from the person you used to be. Sleep can become difficult. Stress can feel harder to manage. Even simple daily life can suddenly feel like a lot.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.

I offer gentle, calming reflexology treatments in Norwich to support women through peri-menopause and menopause naturally — helping you slow down, rest deeply and feel more like yourself again.

How reflexology may help during menopause

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that works through pressure points on the feet linked to different areas of the body.

Many women choose reflexology during menopause because it can help create a sense of calm and balance at a time when the body and emotions may feel unsettled.

Clients often seek support with:

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Poor sleep or insomnia

  • Fatigue and exhaustion

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed

  • Tension and restlessness

  • Difficulty relaxing

  • Hormonal changes

  • Taking time to reconnect with themselves

Every treatment is tailored to you and how you are feeling on the day.

A calm space to pause and breathe

Menopause is often spoken about in terms of symptoms.

But many women quietly experience something deeper:
the feeling that they have lost themselves somewhere beneath the pressure, responsibility and constant exhaustion.

Reflexology offers a chance to stop.

To rest.

To be cared for.

Your sessions are gentle, unhurried and designed to support your nervous system as well as your emotional wellbeing.

You do not need to “push through” everything alone.

What happens during a reflexology session?

Your appointment takes place in a peaceful treatment room in Norwich.

We begin with a short conversation about how you have been feeling, both physically and emotionally. You then relax comfortably while I work gently on reflex points on the feet.

Most clients describe the treatment as deeply calming and restorative.

Some even fall asleep.

Many women leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded than when they arrived.
