Arriving for Your Reflexology Session
Your session begins with a quiet moment to settle in.
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, safe, comfortable space where you can begin to slow down and leave the outside world behind.
We’ll take a little time to talk about how you’ve been feeling, whether that’s stress, anxiety, hormonal problems or anything else. I will ask a few questions all designed to help me understand how I can help you best.
What Happens During Reflexology
You’ll remain fully clothed, removing only your shoes and socks.
You’ll then sit back in my specially designed chair or as gentle pressure is applied to specific points on your feet.
These points correspond to different areas of the body, helping to:
Calm the nervous system
Improve circulation
Release tension
Support the body’s natural healing processes
Most people find it deeply relaxing and often drift into a peaceful state equally if you would prefer to talk that is ok as well.

Working with the Fascia and Nervous System
Reflexology also supports the fascia system, the connective tissue that can hold stress and tension.
By working through the feet, reflexology helps:
Release fascial tightness
Create space within the body
Encourage a sense of ease
At the same time, your nervous system begins to settle.
