Claire Holmes

"I have been thinking of exploring meditation for sometime but have never found the right class. When I saw Helen's class advertised I decided to give it a try and it didn't disappoint. The room in Clarence House is stunning, so welcoming, cosy and peaceful. The class is small, intimate and women only, so I felt instantly held and safe which really helped me to relax. Helen is an amazing teacher, so gently and calm she guided us through the most beautiful meditations, After the class I felt so calm and rested. I really cannot wait to return. Thank you”

About Your Meditation Guide

I have meditated on and off for many years, but everything changed three years ago when I began a consistent practice during a stressful and painful period in my life.

The results were deeply transformative. Meditation helped me return to myself each day—bringing calm, clarity, and steadiness even in difficult times.

Today, I offer meditation classes in Norwich for women, helping others build the same sense of inner calm and resilience in their own lives.

My Approach to Meditation

I support you in gently developing a calm, grounded space within yourself that you can return to in everyday life.

Meditation is not about stopping your thoughts—that is not possible. It is about learning to notice your thoughts with more awareness, ease, and kindness.

A Simple Belief

I believe that within each of us lies a natural wellspring of wisdom, creativity, and strength.

When we slow down and reconnect with it, life becomes clearer, calmer, and more balanced.

This is the foundation of my women’s meditation sessions in Norwich—a gentle practice to help you feel more at home within yourself.
