If you’ve ever thought “I can’t meditate – my mind just races!” – I want you you know you’re not alone. This is my experience as well at time's until I learned to meditate and find more presence and calm in my everyday life.
My course is friendly and supportive designed especially for women who are completely new to meditation – or who’ve maybe tried apps before but found they didn't quite work for them or they were overwhelming.

This will be quiet little pocket of calm in your week – with no pressure, no jargon, and no judgment.
You will learn simple, supportive techniques that work and fit into your every day life, even if your brain’s on overdrive.

What you’ll experience:

Easy, guided meditations – learn to gently calm the nervous system and find your inner stillness

Breathwork and grounding – practical tools to help you feel more centred and relaxed in daily life

A supportive women’s space – meet like-minded women and know you’re not alone in how you’re feeling

Time for you – a peaceful pause in your week to reset and breathe

Everything is introduced step-by-step, with lots of reassurance and space to ask questions. You don’t need to sit cross-legged, be spiritual, or have any experience. This is a welcoming space for real women with real lives.

When: Thursday , 4:30-5:30 pm
Dates: Starting Thursday 9th October 2025
Where: In-person in Norwich
Cost: £60 for the full 4-week course
Each Class runs for 60 minutes and includes a little theory, guided meditations, creative visualisations, different meditation styles and handouts. There will be time to ask questions and share your meditation experiences if you wish. My intention is always to create a safe space for you to learn how to meditate and explore all the different ways you can take meditation into your every day life.
