Meet your guide - Helen Pinnock 

I have meditated on and off for many years until 3 years ago when I began to meditate consistently to help me navigate a stressful and painful time in my life. The results were transformational and meditation brings me home to myself every day. 

I strive to help you cultivate and develop a similar internal peaceful space for yourself. Meditation is NOT about switching off all your thoughts you can no more do that than stop breathing.

. I believe that within each of us lies a wellspring of wisdom, creativity, and strength, ready to guide us toward lasting growth in our daily lives.
